Competition Entry Guidelines
一、参赛资格 Eligibility
1.18至40周岁（含），在中国境内留学、生活或工作的海外青年。
Overseas youth aged 18 to 40 who are currently studying, living or working in China.
2.非中国大陆户籍或在海外长期居住、学习的青年，包括但不限于来华留学生、海外华裔青年及其他非中国籍汉语学习者。
Not hold mainland Chinese household registration, or living or studying overseas on a long-term basis. Not limited to: international students currently studying in China, overseas Chinese youth, etc..
3.热爱汉语及中华文化，具备基础汉语沟通与表达能力。
Demonstrate a genuine enthusiasm for the Chinese language and culture, and possess basic Mandarin communication skills.
二、报名时间 Registration Period
即日起至2026年3月15日。
Submissions are open until 15 March 2026.
三、报名材料 Required Application Materials
参赛者须同时提交以下两份材料，缺一不可：
Entrants must provide both of the following:
2026 ‘Qiantang Cup’ Chinese Proficiency Competition for Global Youth Registration Form.
（1）请登录大赛官方网站(www.qiantangcup.com)、官方社媒账号（抖音：40200050764，小红书：27214942618）或合作院校公众号下载报名表。
The form is available to download from the official website (www.qiantangcup.com) or official social media accounts (Douyin: 40200050764, Xiaohongshu: 27214942618) or via the WeChat public account of partner institutions.
（2）请使用中文完整填写所有信息，包括个人基本信息、教育背景、汉语学习经历等。
All sections must be completed in Chinese, including: personal details, academic history, and Mandarin learning experience.
（3）请确保所填写信息真实、准确、完整，如有虚假信息将取消参赛资格。
Information must be accurate and truthful. Any false declaration will lead to disqualification.
（4）提交格式可为Word文档或PDF扫描件。
Accepted formats: Word document (.docx), or scanned copy saved as a PDF.
2.海选参赛视频。
Audition Video Submission.
内容要求 The video must include:
（1）视频开头须包含固定开场语：“Catch My Tide，2026‘钱塘杯’，我来了！”随后进行中文自我介绍；
The opening statement: “Catch My Tide – 2026 ‘Qiantang Cup’ , I’m coming!”（In chinese ）, followed by a self-introduction delivered in Mandarin.
（2）须包含一段自备的汉语语言类作品表演，形式不限（如朗诵、演讲、脱口秀、相声、情景剧等）。
One spoken Mandarin performance piece of the entrant’s choice(e.g., speech, poetry recital, stand-up comedy, short sketch, crosstalk, etc.).
（3）须包含一项才艺展示，形式不限，（请使用中文或英文）。
A talent showcase, with free choice of format. (Please use Chinese or English).
规格要求 Technical Requirements:
（1）视频总时长严格控制在5分钟以内。
Total running time: no longer than 5 minutes.
（2）须采用横屏拍摄，分辨率小于4090×2160（4K）不低于1920×1080（1080P）
Orientation: landscape (horizontal) only. Resolution: Minimum 1920 × 1080 (1080p), and below 4090×2160 (4K).
（3）视频格式须为MP4、MOV或AVI等常见格式。
Accepted file types: MP4, MOV, or AVI.
（4）拍摄环境应光线充足、背景整洁、声音清晰，避免杂音干扰。
Recording environment should ensure: good lighting, a clean, uncluttered background and clear audio with minimal interference.
（5）视频画面须稳定，建议固定设备拍摄。
Footage must be steady. Use of a fixed camera or tripod is recommended.
文件命名规范 Naming Convention:
（1）视频文件及邮件主题请统一命名为：姓名+国家/地区+单位
示例：安娜_俄罗斯_杭州电子科技大学。
Video file name and email subject line use the following format: Full Name + Country/Region + Affiliation/Institution
Example: Anna_Russia_Hangzhou Dianzi University.
四、提交方式 Submission Method
请将填写完整的报名表与符合要求的视频文件，于报名截止日期前一并发送至大赛官方邮箱：qiantangcup@outlook.com。邮件发出后将收到自动回复，如未收到请核查邮箱地址或联系组委会。
Before the deadline, email the completed form and video together to the competition’s official inbox (qiantangcup@outlook.com). A confirmation reply will be issued automatically. If no acknowledgement is received, please verify the address or contact the organising committee.
五、评审与晋级 Review Process & Progression
1.组委会将组织评审团对海选视频进行统一评审。
A panel of judges appointed by the organising committee will review all audition videos.
2.晋级名单及后续赛事安排将通过大赛官网（www.qiantangcup.com）及官方社交媒体账号公布，请选手及时关注。
Shortlisted entrants will advance to the next round and receive formal notification.
3.晋级选手将获得复赛参赛资格及相关通知。
Results and competition updates will be announced.
六、注意事项 Key Notes
1.参赛作品须为本人原创，不得侵犯他人知识产权及肖像权等合法权益，违规者将被取消参赛资格。
All entries must be the entrant’s original work and must not infringe upon: copyright, image rights, privacy, or other legal protections.
2.组委会有权在赛事宣传、推广等非商业用途中使用选手提交的视频、图文等资料。
Submitted materials (including video, text, and images) may be used by the competition organisers for non-commercial publicity and promotion.
3.选手个人信息仅用于赛事相关事宜，组委会不会索取敏感信息。
Personal data will be handled responsibly and used solely for competition administration. Sensitive personal information will never be requested.
4.本赛事最终解释权归“钱塘杯”国际青年汉语文化大赛组委会所有。
The organising committee reserves the right of final interpretation regarding competition rules and policies.
