赛事简介 Overview
为深入贯彻落实国家关于增强中华文明传播力影响力、深化文明交流互鉴的指导精神，积极响应“十五五”时期推动文化事业繁荣发展与高水平对外开放的规划部署，2026年“钱塘杯”国际青年汉语文化大赛正式启动。
The 2026 ‘Qiantang Cup’ Chinese Proficiency Competition for Global Youth is launched in response to national priorities on expanding the global reach of Chinese civilisation and deepening cultural exchange and mutual learning. The competition supports the latest Five-Year Plan’s commitment to advancing cultural development alongside high-standard international openness.
本届大赛由中共杭州市钱塘区委员会宣传部、杭州市钱塘区教育局联合主办，中欧国际文化创新中心承办。
The competition is co-hosted by the Publicity Department of the CPC Qiantang District Committee and the Qiantang District Education Bureau of Hangzhou, and organised by the China Europe Cultural Centre for Innovation CECCI).
大赛举办地——杭州，是中国数字经济创新中心、国家历史文化名城和国际风景旅游城市。杭州近年来先后获评“中国最具幸福感城市”“外籍人才眼中最具吸引力城市”，并成功承办G20杭州峰会、第19届亚运会等重大国际活动，形成了传统底蕴与时代活力交相辉映的风貌。钱塘区是浙江省最年轻的省级新区，也是最具活力的教育大区、产业大区、创新大区，更是杭州市对外开放与青年交流的前沿阵地。依托区位优势和人文环境，“钱塘杯”致力于打造一个具有国际视野、专业水准和青年特色的国际汉语文化交流平台。
The competition held in Hangzhou which is a national centre for digital economy innovation, a historic cultural city, and an international destination for scenery and tourism. In recent years, Hangzhou has been named China’s Happiest City and one of the most attractive cities for overseas professionals, and has hosted major international events including the G20 Hangzhou Summit and the 19th Asian Games. Qiantang is the youngest provincial-level new area of Zhejiang and one of Hangzhou’s most active centres for education, industry, and innovation. It also serves as a key gateway for Hangzhou’s international outreach and youth exchange. Building on its regional advantages and international environment, the Qiantang Cup aims to become a professionally run and sustainable platform for global youth to engage with Chinese language and culture, shaped by international perspectives, strong organisational standards, and a distinct focus on young voices.
大赛面向所有非中国籍的汉语学习者与爱好者，以汉语为沟通媒介，以当代中国丰富多元的“潮”文化为核心内容，引导各国青年在语言实践与文化体验中，深入感知一个真实、立体、全面发展的现代中国。
The competition welcomes all international young people with a passion for Chinese culture, the competition takes Mandarin as its principal medium of communication, and places contemporary China’s dynamic and diverse Tide Culture at the heart of its content and creative direction. Through practical language challenges and digital media engagement, entrants are invited to experience modern China — real, multi-layered, and fast-moving.
大赛注重实践应用与综合素养培育，通过多维度、创新性的环节设置，全面考察参赛者的汉语应用能力、跨文化沟通水平及新媒体实践技能，充分体现“学以致用、知行合一”的教育理念。
With an emphasis on real-world language application and the cultivation of well-rounded capabilities, the competition features original and forward-thinking challenges designed to evaluate: Practical Mandarin proficiency, cross-cultural communication competence, new media content creation and digital execution skills.This approach reflects the competition’s guiding principle: Mandarin is learned most effectively through meaningful practice and active cultural engagement.

奖项设置 Awards
赛事将评选出冠、亚、季军。获胜选手获得奖杯、证书及相应奖金外，还将受聘为“钱塘海外传播官”，参与后续国际文化交流活动。
The competition will recognise a Champion, Runner-up and Second Runner-up. Successful entrants will receive trophies, certificates and prize money, and exceptional participants may be appointed as Qiantang International Communications Ambassadors, participant to subsequent cultural promotion and international exchange initiatives.
