During this preliminary round, the organizing committee received application materials from over 200 contestants from 18 universities both within and outside Zhejiang Province, representing more than 20 countries including the United States, the United Kingdom, Belgium, Greece, Morocco, Thailand etc.. Based on the competition regulations and rigorous selection, a total of 103 contestants were finally evaluated and qualified to advance to the semi-finals. \u5177\u4f53\u573a\u6b21\u5b89\u6392\u6211\u4eec\u5c06\u9010\u4e2a\u901a\u77e5\u5404\u5b66\u6821\u6307\u5bfc\u8001\u5e08\uff0c\u8bf7\u664b\u7ea7\u9009\u624b\u4ed4\u7ec6\u6838\u5bf9\u672c\u4eba\u53c2\u8d5b\u573a\u6b21\uff0c\u63d0\u524d30\u5206\u949f\u51c6\u65f6\u5230\u8fbe\u6307\u5b9a\u5730\u70b9\u7b7e\u5230\u53c2\u8d5b\u3002\u672a\u6309\u65f6\u7b7e\u5230\u8005\u89c6\u4e3a\u81ea\u52a8\u653e\u5f03\u664b\u7ea7\u8d44\u683c\u3002<\/p>

(1) Self-Introduction and Topic Presentation: Time limit: 120 seconds. Contestants must first give a brief self-introduction. Twenty minutes prior to taking the stage, they will draw a specified topic, which they must present by integrating their understanding of the topic with their personal experiences (the self-introduction and topic presentation may be delivered as a combined presentation) .<\/p>

(2) Talent Showcase: Time limit: 90 seconds. Contestants may showcase their vocal, instrumental, dance, artistic language, or other performance abilities, demonstrating skills in voice, language, movement, and expressiveness .<\/p>

If props are needed, contestants must provide them. If background audio or video is required, it must be sent to the Competition’s official email address, qiantangcup@outlook.com, by 3:00 PM on Monday, March 23. Audio files must be in MP3 format, and video files must be in MP4 format with a resolution of 1920*1080.<\/p>
